MotioncanvasAi may not be used to create:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal material.
• Non-consensual likenesses, deepfakes intended to deceive, or impersonation.
• Content that incites violence, harassment, or hatred against people or groups.
• Disinformation presented as real footage of real events.
• Material that infringes copyrights or trademarks you do not have rights to use.

Model providers apply their own safety filters. Generations blocked by a provider fail safely and your reserved credits are refunded automatically.

Repeated violations lead to account suspension. Report abuse to support@motioncanvasai.com.
