We store the minimum data required to run MotioncanvasAi: your account details, credit ledger, prompts, generation settings and the media you upload or generate.

Uploaded images and generated videos are kept in private storage. Only you can access your media, through short-lived signed links issued to your signed-in session.

Prompts and input media are sent to the AI model provider you select in order to produce your video. We do not sell your data or use your private generations for marketing.

You can delete individual generations at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@motioncanvasai.com.
