By creating a MotioncanvasAi account you agree to these terms. MotioncanvasAi provides AI video generation tools on a credit basis. Credits are reserved when a generation starts, consumed when it succeeds, and returned to your balance automatically when a generation fails.

You are responsible for the prompts and media you submit and must hold the rights required for any uploaded material. You retain ownership of the videos you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers.

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or violate our acceptable use policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Model availability, generation quality and processing times depend on third-party providers and may change.
